Commercial facility floors
Commercial Floor Coatings for Shops, Gyms, Showrooms & Kennels
Every business floor has a different job. Service bays fight fluids and hot tires, gyms take dropped weights, kennels get hosed down daily, and showrooms have to look good doing it. We match the epoxy system to the work.

Where we work
Commercial epoxy flooring for the way your business runs
Bare concrete stains, dusts, and wears down under business traffic. A seamless coated floor protects the slab, keeps the space cleaner, and gives customers and employees a better first impression.
Auto shops and service bays
Hot tires, oil, coolant, and dropped tools. A sealed floor resists the fluids and wipes clean, and a light color makes dropped parts easy to find.
Gyms and fitness spaces
A seamless surface that's easy to sanitize, with flake texture for footing in open areas and mats where heavy weights drop.
Showrooms and lobbies
A finished, decorative floor that matches your brand colors and stays bright under display lighting.
Kennels and grooming
Non-porous floors that don't hold odor, hose down quickly, and can include a slip-resistant additive for wet areas.
Manufacturing and assembly
Resistance to oils, abrasion, and rolling carts, sized to the traffic and impact in each area.
Back-of-house and break rooms
Utility spaces, storage rooms, and break rooms that need to stay clean without constant upkeep.

Two finishes
Flake epoxy or solid color: which floor fits your space?
Both systems start the same way: diamond-ground concrete and a moisture-barrier epoxy base. The difference is what goes on top, and how you want the floor to look and work.
Flake epoxy floors
Colored vinyl flakes are broadcast into the wet base coat until the floor is fully covered, then scraped smooth and locked in with a clear polyaspartic topcoat.
- Light texture for better grip than bare concrete
- Hides dust, tire marks, and minor concrete flaws
- Choose one of our ready blends or create a custom one
- Popular for showrooms, lobbies, and break rooms
Solid color epoxy floors
A uniform, seamless color with a clean, bright finish. Additional coats can be added for thickness where traffic is heavy.
- Even color that reflects light and brightens the room
- Dropped parts and fluid leaks are easy to spot
- Simple to clean and straightforward to maintain
- The usual choice for shops, warehouses, and hangars
We install flake and solid color systems in epoxy and urethane. We don't install metallic epoxy finishes. We put our energy into the two systems that hold up under real-world use.
Business owner questions
Commercial facility flooring FAQ
What kinds of commercial facilities do you coat?
Auto shops and service bays, gyms and fitness spaces, showrooms, boarding kennels and grooming shops, manufacturing and assembly areas, retail back-of-house, break rooms, and utility spaces. If you have a concrete slab and a business to run on it, call us.
Flake or solid color for a business?
Solid color is the usual choice for work areas where cleanliness and spotting spills matter. Flake suits customer-facing spaces such as showrooms, lobbies, and break rooms, where texture and a decorative look help.
Can you add slip resistance for wet areas?
Yes. A slip-resistant additive can be included in the topcoat for wash bays, kennels, and other areas that get wet.
Do you offer metallic epoxy?
No. We focus on solid color and flake systems in epoxy and urethane, the systems that hold up under real-world commercial use.
