Indoor Epoxy Floors for the Rooms Your Family Actually Uses

Game rooms, home gyms, laundry rooms, and mud rooms take more traffic than any other floor in the house. A seamless epoxy floor gives them a finished look that shrugs off spills, muddy boots, and the dog.

Rooms we coat

A tough, good-looking floor for the hardest-working rooms in your home

Some rooms in a house never get a "nice" floor because everyone knows what happens in them. Kids track in dirt, gym weights hit the ground, laundry spills, and the dog comes in wet. Carpet stains, tile grout darkens, and bare concrete looks unfinished and sheds dust.

An indoor epoxy floor covers the slab with one seamless surface. There are no grout lines to scrub and nothing for spills to soak into. The room gets brighter, easier to clean, and finally looks like it belongs to the rest of the house.

Living with it

What changes when the floor stops being a problem

  1. Cleanup takes a minute

Spilled detergent, juice, or paint wipes off the surface. A broom and a damp mop handle the rest.

  2. Pets are welcome

Accidents, water bowls, and muddy paws don't soak in, and the flake texture gives paws better grip than slick concrete.

  3. Workouts don't wreck it

The surface stands up to equipment and dropped gear. Add mats where heavy weights land and the floor cleans up around them.

  4. The room feels finished

A bright, uniform floor in a color you pick makes a utility space feel like part of the house instead of an afterthought.

Before we quote

We look at your floor before we promise anything

Not every slab is ready for a coating. Some have been painted or sealed before, some have cracks that have been there since the house was built, and some have moisture coming up from the ground underneath. Each of those changes what your floor needs, so we come out and look before we quote.

If your room is a good fit, you'll get a clear written quote with no hidden fees, and the same crew that looked at your floor will install it. If it isn't a good fit, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a floor that won't last.

Two finishes

Flake epoxy or solid color: which floor fits your space?

Both systems start the same way: diamond-ground concrete and a moisture-barrier epoxy base. The difference is what goes on top, and how you want the floor to look and work.

Flake epoxy floors

Colored vinyl flakes are broadcast into the wet base coat until the floor is fully covered, then scraped smooth and locked in with a clear polyaspartic topcoat.

  • Light texture for better grip than bare concrete
  • Hides dust, tire marks, and minor concrete flaws
  • Choose one of our ready blends or create a custom one
  • The most popular choice for garages and patios

Solid color epoxy floors

A uniform, seamless color with a clean, bright finish. Additional coats can be added for thickness where traffic is heavy.

  • Even color that reflects light and brightens the room
  • A clean, modern look that pairs with any decor
  • Simple to clean and straightforward to maintain
  • A popular choice for home gyms and laundry rooms

We install flake and solid color systems in epoxy and urethane. We don't install metallic epoxy finishes. We put our energy into the two systems that hold up under real-world use.

Homeowner questions

Indoor epoxy floor FAQ

Which rooms in my house can you coat?

Any room with a bare concrete slab in good condition: game rooms and bonus rooms, home gyms, laundry rooms, mud rooms, utility rooms, and hobby rooms. If the concrete is exposed and can be ground, we can usually coat it.

Is it a good floor for dogs and other pets?

Yes. The surface is seamless and non-porous, so accidents, water bowls, and muddy paws wipe up instead of soaking in. The flake texture also gives paws better grip than slick sealed concrete.

Will the floor feel cold?

An epoxy coating takes on the temperature of the slab underneath, the same as bare concrete. Many homeowners add an area rug in living spaces or mats in a home gym, and the floor cleans up easily around them.

Can you match a color to my room?

Yes. Choose one of our ready-made flake blends or create a custom blend to tie the floor to your cabinets, trim, or furniture. Solid color floors come in a range of shades as well.
